Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Solutions Planner to join our team in the Manufacturing Test Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solution initiatives and plans to drive the near-term as well as longer term success of our organization in the field of electronics testing in the manufacturing environment. You will conduct in-depth market research, analyse industry trends specific to manufacturing test technologies and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and formulate effective and actionable plans to capture incremental growth. Your work will directly influence the business group's direction and ensure its competitiveness in the Manufacturing Test Technologies space. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics specific to manufacturing test technologies such as for in-circuit test, embedded test (e.g.: IEEE 1149.x), functional test and manufacturing data analytics. * Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to develop and refine the company's solution goals and objectives in the context of electronics testing in a manufacturing environment. * Formulate and implement NPI plans, initiatives, and action plans to drive growth, improve performance, and enhance the organization's competitive advantage in the manufacturing test technologies industry space. * Build detailed solutions roadmap that outline the direction and milestones for the development and implementation of manufacturing test technologies. * Monitor and evaluate the progress of solution initiatives, track key performance indicators relevant to manufacturing test technologies, and provide regular reports to management. * Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with solution initiatives in the field of manufacturing test technologies and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, Order Fulfilment, R&D, Sales and Support to ensure alignment and effective implementation of solution initiatives in the context of manufacturing test technologies. * Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategic planning specifically for the manufacturing test technologies industry and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Job Qualifications * Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. * 10+ years of relevant experience in solution planning, business development, upstream marketing, or customer applications. * Strong business acumen and fast learners. * Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal supervision. * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for the role. Desired Bonus Skills: * Experience in in-circuit test, embedded test (e.g. IEEE 1149.x), functional test, manufacturing data analytics in a manufacturing test environment is highly desired. * Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI applications * Background in test and measurement instrumentation and solutions.
