AI Engineer (IT)

Responsibilities:

* AI Integration & Data Management:
* Design and implement AI-powered solutions.
* Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
* Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance.

* Automation & Analytics:
* Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools.
* Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.

* System Administration & Support:
* Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Provide training and support to end-users.

* Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management.
* Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents.
* Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment.
* Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
* Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation.
