Overview:
0.4 FTE, 16 hours per week, MSN and NICU Experience required.
Oversees the onboarding, initial and ongoing competency and educational development of the AHP staff in neonatology
Responsibilities:
Manages student and new employee orientation, directs initial and ongoing educational and competency activities, conducts procotors skills simulations, contributes to medical staff credentialing and other regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Licensed and certified as an AHP in Ohio, demonstrated clinical practice at the expert level, skilled in developing educational programs, possesses excellent communication, collaboration and teaching skills
