AD/Director, Clinical Monitoring

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Direct supervision of CRA management to ensure effective line management;
* Oversight of CRA resourcing/allocation across studies and sites;
* Participate in effective planning of Clinical Monitoring recruitment and retention strategies;
* Oversight of effective CRA Manager training and oversight strategies; and
* Support global/local management of all Clinical Monitoring operational metrics and goals in Japan.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of CRO/pharmaceutical industry experience in Clinical Monitoring, including 4+ years as a CRA, and 6+ years as a CRA Manager, preferred;
* Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and J-GCP;
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills;
* Effective English written and verbal communication skills; and
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft(r) Office software.
