Overview:
Leading a dadicate sales team to manage the business in A&G business in Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1.Set up sales plan and execute company sales strategy to attain the sales target.
2.Develop sales PIPELINE and carry out solutions selling according to sales cycles
3.Maintain good customer relationship
4.organise, motivate and lead their sales reps while tracking - and improving - team performance.
Qualifications:
1.At least Bachelor Degree in Chemistry and above or equivalent
2.A minimum of three years working in the similar role
3.Good understanding of funnel management via Salesforce
4.Comfortable with Multi-National Companies internal processes
5.Ability to get in details, and solve problems
6.Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage
7.Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
8.Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team
9.Skillful in handling all sales issues in sales cycle(solution selling)
10.Experienced in sales on LC/LC-MS industries in Shanghai Academia and Government market
