The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

* The Human Resource intern will be responsible for assisting the planning and development of employee learning related activities and processes, including :
* Development of ISO documentation and processes
* Development of training needs analysis framework and implementation
* Organizing and coordinating training programs with internal teams and external partners
* Participate in HR assignments aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational development
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN BEYAN LEPAS. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
* Pursuing an undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) among other MS applications
* Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
* Proactive, resourceful with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain privacy and exercise caution when working with sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:

* Appreciate the technology trend and its relevance to the human resource programs
* Interest in AI tools, Power BI or HR information systems
