Overview:
To ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, and furniture.)
* Keep the hotel decor in good condition.
* Clean all work areas after completing job.
* Fill out daily work form.
* Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools.
* Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
* Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels' rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience is desirable in hotel setting.
* High school or equivalent education required.
* Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs.
* Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
