We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with EEO/EEOC and MSPB issues on a regular basis, including representation at the agency, hearing and appellate levels, as well as successfully negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising junior level attorneys.
